Led by Partners Simon Goh, Xin Mei Lee and Cheryl Tan, Rajah & Tann Singapore advised Catahoula II Re Pte. Ltd. on the first commercial catastrophe bond to be listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
While previous catastrophe bonds issued in Singapore that Rajah & Tann Singapore advised on were listed in Bermuda, the US$120 million of Series 2022-1 Class A notes and US$55 million of Series 2022-1 Class B notes issued by Catahoula II Re Pte. Ltd. were successfully listed and quoted on the SGX.
